Food supplement of B complex vitamins and folic acid.
Does not contain: gluten and lactose.

Ingredients
Thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1); riboflavin (vitamin B2); nicotinamide (vitamin B3); calcium dpantothenate (vitamin B5); pyridoxine HCl (vitamin B6); biotin (vitamin B8); folic acid; vitamin B12; ascorbic acid (vitamin C); zinc gluconate; choline bitartrate; inositol. Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, sodium crosscarmellose, vegetable magnesium stearate, mint flavouring. Coating: purified water, hypromellose, polyethylene glycol, mountain wax.

Mode of use
1 tablet per day during the main meal.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
The supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied diet.
