Free shipping is in place only for deliveries to The Netherlands & to Ireland and exclusively for orders above 39,90 €.
The minimum order in our store is 19,90 €.
Custom duties applicable to deliveries to UK and Switzerland vary depending on the goods purchased and are to be paid separately and directly to the carrier.

Returns
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us at the following address:

You can use the withdrawal form, which is not obligatory. You can download the withdrawal form or request it from us by telephone or through the contact form
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires or to call us before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received by us from you, including delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same method of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.
We may refuse to issue a refund until we have collected the goods or you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the revocation of this agreement. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.
You shall only be liable for any depreciation in the value of the goods if such depreciation is the result of handling of the goods that is not necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal exists, unless otherwise agreed between the parties, in particular for the following contracts:
· contracts for the delivery of goods that are likely to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiration date would be rapidly exceeded.
· Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which, for reasons of health or hygiene, are not suitable for return if the seal has been removed after delivery.
· Contracts for the supply of non-prefabricated goods, the manufacture of which is determined by the individual choice or purpose of the consumer or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

In case of withdrawal or complaint, you can return the goods to Farmaè.
