Directions for use
1 tablet per day, preferably during main meals.

Ingredients
agents filler: microcrystalline cellulose,   calcium   phosphate, anti-caking agent:   magnesium   stearate, chromium amino acid chelate, bulking agent: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose.
