How can I be sure that I have made the purchase correctly?

Is shopping on www.farmae.eu/en easy? How do I PLACE AN ORDER?

Buying on farmae.eu/en is very easy, just follow a few simple steps:

  1. Choose the category you are interested in.
  2. Find the product/products that interest you most. With a single click you can see the enlarged image, article details, price and opinions of other buyers.
  3. Press the 'Add to Cart' button. Afterwards you can choose to continue purchasing or confirm your order.
  4. If you wish to continue purchasing, simply repeat the same process; if you wish to place your order, you will have to register first.
  5. Once you have entered your data, check that they are correct and click 'Confirm'.
  6. Choose a shipping method.
  7. Choose a payment method.
  8. Confirm your order and comfortably receive all the products you have ordered at home. 

How can I be sure that I have placed my order correctly?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation message at your e-mail address. If you do not receive it, you should contact our customer service at contact@farmae.eu.

 

What form of PAYMENT can I use to make my purchase?

Talea Group S.p.A. supports the following payment methods: Credit Card, Paypal, Bank Transfer.


Why was my credit card declined?

Your credit card may be refused for one of the following reasons:

  • The card may have expired. Check that the expiry date of the credit card is valid.
  • The card's spending limit may have been reached. Check with your bank that you have not exceeded the monthly amount limit for purchases with the card.
  • The data entered may not be correct. Check that all data entered in the necessary fields are correct.

Can I have the INVOICE in my company's name?

Certainly, simply specify it in the invoice address and we will send you the invoice in the parcel or by e-mail.

 

Is it safe to use a CREDIT CARD on your website?

Absolutely yes, the data is transmitted encrypted with an SSL protocol, which guarantees maximum security for web transactions. In addition, we rely on market leaders such as PayPal to handle the payment process, which guarantees adherence to the strictest and most secure payment and customer guarantee mechanisms

 
How much does SHIPPING cost?

  • The Netherlands: from 39,90 € onwards, delivery is always free with the standard delivery; below 39,90 €, the standard shipping costs are 5 €.
  • Shipping costs to countries other than The Netherlands: see page "Delivery & Returns".
  • Minimum order 19,90 €.

 

What if the goods arrive damaged?

No problem, you have 14 days from the moment you receive the goods to return them to us and we will send you a replacement product or refund you (whichever you prefer) in accordance with current regulations. The replacement product(s) will be sent at Talea Group S.p.A.'s expense.


How do I return a product ordered by mistake?

It will be sufficient, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, to send the parcel to:

In this case, the customer can use any shipping method of his choice. Payment for transport is the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receipt of the package, we will check it and if it has not been damaged we will refund you for the full value of the goods, net of shipping costs (shipping costs will not be refunded).

 

Can I periodically receive the NEWSLETTER at my e-mail address?

Certainly. Simply subscribe to the Newsletter by registering on the site and you will receive information on the latest news and promotions from farmae.eu/en. Registering is worthwhile, we periodically send promotions, discount coupons and opportunities to all registered users. Create your account too!

 

How can I retrieve my forgotten PASSWORD?

If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it in the Log-in section. You will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to create a new password.


The product I am interested in is OUT OF STOCK. Will it be available again?

All products published on our website are periodically re-ordered. Some products may be seasonal, but do not hesitate to contact us to find out when the product you are looking for will be back in stock.
