With Farmaè, your purchase is simple, quick, convenient and cheap.

 

1. Register

On Farmae.eu/en you can register in a few clicks to place an order. When registering, you must enter your first and last name, an e-mail address and a password that you can change at any time. In your account you can enter your personal data and delivery address and check the status of your orders. Once you have registered, you no longer need to enter the shipping address and personal data for each order, but you can insert a different address or change your data. When registering, you can sign up for our newsletter, which will allow you to receive news about our offers, promotions and new products.

 

2. Shopping cart

Buying on Farmae.eu/en is quick and easy: just browse through the product categories and choose the product you want to buy. In the product data sheet you will find descriptions and pictures of the product. You can add or remove products from your shopping cart at any time before finalizing your order.

 

3. Prices

The prices (including VAT and any other taxes and duties) are indicated next to each product in the online catalogue.

The price that will be charged is the one shown next to the product at the time of the conclusion of the order plus the shipping contribution, regardless of any subsequent updates.

Farmaé reserves the right to modify the prices of the products and the shipping costs without prior notice.

Any new amounts will be effective from the moment they are published on the Farmaé website and will be applied to sales made from that moment on.

 

4. Purchase

To buy a product, on the Shopping Cart page, select "Complete the Order" and enter the requested data. You can log in to the website, if you have already entered your personal data during registration, they will appear automatically. Then you can choose a payment method and you will immediately see the shipping costs associated with your address. When you click on "Place order", you buy the product. We remind you that the images on the product sheet are only suitable as examples and that the description is more important. If you pay by credit card, you will automatically be sent to a secure payment system where you provide your details.

 

5. Method of payment

For Talea Group S.p.A. the security on Farmae.eu/en is a priority value, we use as a preferred method of payment PayPal, the first worldwide operator of online payments, which gives the maximum security and protection of the data inserted so you can rest assured: Your sensitive data are in good hands.

We accept the following payment methods on our site:

1) PAYPAL - CREDIT CARD or PAYPAL ACCOUNT: At the time of payment, if you have selected PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website, where you can make the payment conveniently. PayPal will show the payment details and delivery address, as indicated during the checkout process.

On Paypal you can also pay with the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal Prepaid Card, American Express and it is not mandatory to be registered on PayPal, you can also decide to enter your credit card only for a single order.

2) CREDIT CARDS: we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express

In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed upon receipt of the payment.

 

6. Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is regulated by law if the customer-consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for non-business purposes, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number on the order form) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must send Talea Group S.p.A. a communication within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods. This communication can be sent by REGISTERED mail with acknowledgement of receipt addressed to:

Please note that customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise their right of withdrawal.

Please remember that the right of withdrawal does not apply to medicines (OTC and SOP), medical devices and food sold online

The return of any item will be accepted, provided that it is intact and in its original packaging, with a full refund of the amount, excluding postage costs, to be paid by the customer (in accordance with the applicable law).

In accordance with art. 52 of the Legislative Decree of 6 September 2005 n. 206 ("Consumer Code"), the customer has the right to cancel the purchase contract for any reason, without having to provide explanations.

After having expressed the intention to make use of the right of withdrawal, the product must be sent to Talea Group S.p.A. Via Traversagna Sud, 29 - 56019 - Vecchiano (PI) - VAT number 02072180504. After checking the integrity of the product, the refund will be made, either by credit to a credit card or Paypal account, or by bank transfer within 14 days of acceptance of the return. The shipping costs remain in all cases at the customer's expense.

 

7. Guarantee

All products sold by Talea Group S.p.A. through www.farmae.eu/en are covered by the conventional manufacturer's warranty and the 24-month warranty for defects in conformity, in accordance with DL 24/02.

In order to benefit from the warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the tax receipt (or the invoice) that he/she will receive in the package, enclosed with the purchased product. The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided according to the terms and conditions described in the documentation included in the product packaging.
