Take 2 pearls a day during main meals, or before bedtime.

Warnings
Do not exceed the doses recommended. If you are taking anticoagulants or are suffering from haemophilia, consult your doctor before use, as it é the polyunsaturated fatty acids contained in fish oil have a blood-thinning action. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to seek medical advice.

Interaction with drugs
The intake of Omega-polyunsaturated fatty acids 3 interferes with anticoagulant drugs (they enhance their action) and acetylsalicylic acid (antiplatelet agent).

Interactions with other nutrients
An integration of fatty acids polyunsaturates increases the need for vitamin E, the antioxidant in the lipid phase that protects lipids from peroxidation caused by both endogenous and exogenous free radicals.

Toxicity à - side effects
Fish oil can, in some cases, cause flatulence, bloating, nausea and diarrhea.
