Bio K Mag 30 envelopes

Food supplement based on potassium and magnesium citrate. It is of particular help in subjects subjected to an intense loss of fluids, such as strong sweating, diuresis or diarrhea, or in patients receiving drugs such as diuretics, laxatives or cortisones.
It is also particularly useful for those who perform an intense activity; sports, as not only provides an adequate quantity of potassium and magnesium readily assimilable, but provides them in alkaline form, through citrate.
This alkalizing action helps to neutralize lactic acid in the muscles and to allow it a pi ù easy outflow through the bloodstream. There ò reduces the risk of cramps and muscle soreness.
The alkaline nature also makes it useful to supplement a diet low in alkaline values (fruit and vegetables) or to compensate for a diet with a high intake of animal proteins or fats which would result in a excessive acid load for the body.
This condition facilitates, with its prolongation, the onset of some pathologies, typical of our society, such as osteoporosis and kidney stones, which often occur, precisely with a mild condition of systemic acidosis and with a scarce presence of citrates in the urine.
