Lithos 60 sachets

Food supplement based on potassium citrate and magnesium of particular help in subjects subjected to intense loss of fluids, such as strong sweating, diuresis or diarrhea, or in patients receiving drugs such as diuretics, laxatives and cortisones. It also has a peculiarity that distinguishes it from all other mineral supplements: its alkaline nature. In fact, being based on citrate, an alkaline salt, è also useful to integrate a diet low in alkaline values (fruit and vegetables) or to compensate for a diet with a high intake of proteins or fats that would cause an excessive acid load for the organism.

DOSAGE

Each 3.85 g sachet contains 14 mEq of Potassium (547 mg) and 7 mEq of Magnesium (90 mg) and 21 mEq of citrate, in a granular formulation

DOSAGE

We recommend taking two sachets a day, unless otherwise indicated by the doctor. LITHOS è to be taken preferably on a full stomach.
