Guggulu paste (commiphora mukul hook) resin; powder of: garlic (allium sativum l.) bulbus; ashvagandha [withania somnifera (l.) dunal.] radix; ginger (zingiber officinale rosc.) rhizoma; es of tulsi (ocimum sanctum l.) herba; powder of: black pepper (piper nigrum l.) fructus; long pepper (piper longum l.) fructus; yavani (trachyspermum ammi sprague) fructus; turmeric (curcuma longa l.) rhizoma; kulanjana (alpinia galanga willd.) rhizoma; shallaki (boswellia serrata roxb.) resin; eg of: Chinese smilace (smilax china l.) radix; stabilizers: gum arabic; starch; magnesium stearate; anti-caking agent: magnesium silicate; eg of: haritaki (terminalia chebula retz.) fructus; shatavari [asparagus racemosus (willd.) oberm.] radix; long pepper (piper longum l.) fructus; aragvadha (cassia fistula l.) pulpa fructis; gokshura (tribulus terrestris l.) fructus; vasa (adhatoda vasica nees) radix; amalaki (phyllanthus emblica l.) fructus; fennel (foeniculum vulgaremill.) fructus; ashvagandha [withania somnifera (l.) dunal.] radix; musta (cyperus rotundus l.) radix; ginger (zingiber officinale rosc.) rhizoma; coriander (coriandrum sativum l.) fructus; vidarikand [pueraria tuberosa (roxb. ex willd.) dc.] rhizoma; zedoaria (turmeric zedoaria rosc.) rhizoma; sevya (vetiveria zizanioides nash) radix; coating agent: HPMC.

Mode; of use
1 tablet twice a day, with hot water, half an hour before main meals. And; It is possible to increase the dose and set the duration of the intake according to the opinion of your nutritionist consultant.
