Ingredients
Powder of: ashvagandha [withania somnifera (l.) dunal.] radix; shatavari [asparagus racemosus (willd.) oberm.] radix; amalaki (phyllanthus emblica l.) pericarpium; sigru (moringa oleifera gaertn.) semen; haritaki (terminalia chebula retz.) fructus; vidarikand [pueraria tuberosa (roxb. ex willd.) dc.] rhizoma; stabilizer: gum arabic; anti-caking agent: magnesium silicate.

Mode; of use
1 tablet twice a day, with milk and crystal sugar, in the morning and in the evening or half an hour before meals. And; It is possible to increase the dose and set the duration of the intake according to the opinion of your nutritionist consultant.

Warnings
