Ashvagandha powder [withania somnifera (l.) dunal.] radix; dry licorice extract (glycyrrhiza glabra l.) radix; amalaki powder (phyllanthus emblica l.) fructus; male orchid es (orchis mascula l.) tuber; shatavari [asparagus racemosus (willd.) oberm.] radix; amalaki (phyllanthus emblica l.) fructus; musta (cyperus rotundus l.) radix; gokshura (tribulus terrestris l.) herba; ashvagandha [withania somnifera (l.) dunal.] radix; brihatgokshura (pedalium murex l.) fructus; mandukparni (centella asiatica l.) herba; jatamansi (nardostachys jatamansi dc.) rhizoma; powder of: nutmeg (myristica fragrans houtt.) fructus; ginger (zingiber officinale rosc.) rhizoma; long pepper (piper longum l.) fructus; black pepper (piper nigrum l.) fructus; stabilizers: gum arabic; starch; calcium carbonate; anti-caking agent: magnesium silicate; zinc oxide; dry extract of bilva (aegle marmelos correa) cortex; coating agent: HMPC.

Mode; of use
1 tablet once a day with water preferably 15 minutes after lunch. Do not take after large meals. And; It is possible to increase the dose and prolong the intake at the discretion of your nutritionist consultant.

Warnings
