How to use
Shake before € ™ use.
After use, close the bottle well and wash the measuring spoon carefully.
We recommend taking 5 to 15 ml (1-3 teaspoons) of syrup in the evening, when it is useful.
The correct dosage is the minimum sufficient to favor the physiological intestinal transit without producing liquid stools, it is therefore customizable according to individual needs.
The product can be taken either pure or diluted in a glass of water.
The product is recommended from 12 years of age.
In general, to promote intestinal transit, it is advisable to drink throughout the day, take the right amount of fiber and exercise.

Components
5 ml (one teaspoon): obtained from senna, chicory, fennel, dandelion, concentrated juices of: apple, plum, lemon; essential oil of fennel, cane sugar, water, acacia gum, natural lemon flavor. Gluten free.
