Indications
Infusion with a purifying and antioxidant function.

Mode à of use
A filter é enough to prepare a cup of infusion.
Pour the boiling water into a cup containing the filter bag and infuse for 5 to 7 minutes, taking care to keep the container covered so as not to disperse the more acute substances ; birds.
For sweetening, we recommend the use of honey.

Properties
The whole dried leaves immediately after harvest contain on average 3% caffeine together with a presence of polyphenols (epigallocatechin gallate 6%) characteristic of this vegetable.
These natural substances can be of great help for their purifying and antioxidant function.
The flavoring with the addition of peppermint leaves improves the pleasantness and taste of the infusion obtained.
