Fuel cap : Maltodextrine; Live lactic ferments: Lactobacillus acidophilus La-14, Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5260 (Lactobacillus sporogenes), Bifidobacterium lactis HN019, Bifibacterium BI-04, Lactobacillus plantarum Lp-115; Corn starch, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride), Vitamin B1 (Thiamine hydrochloride), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin); Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin).

Mode of use
Take 1 vial a day on a full stomach.
Mix the contents of the reservoir cap with that of the vial.
Shake for 15 seconds.
Take on a full stomach, to maintain longer; long vitality and the effectiveness of lactic ferments.
