Ingredients
Water; fructose; thickeners: vegetable glycerin; chamomile (matricaria chamomilla) flowers dry extract (1: 4); escolzia (eschscholtzia californica) aerial parts dry extract (0; 2% in total alkaloids; maltodextrin); melatonin; aroma; acidifier: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate.

Mode à of use
It is recommended to take 4 to 20 drops before bedtime, as they are or diluted in a little water.
The two notches on the glass straw simplify the count of drops. The first corresponds to 0.5 ml, equal to 10 drops (approximately 2.5 mg of Melatonin). The second to 1 ml, equal to 20 drops (about 5 mg of Melatonin). One milligram of Melatonin is taken in every 4 drops.
