Griffonia dry extract equal to 5-Hydroxytryptophan	25 mg 24.75 mg
Melatonin	5 mg
Others ingredients: thickeners (microcrystalline cellulose); stabilizer (calcium phosphate); anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate).

Mode à for use
1 tablet a day 30 minutes before bedtime.
