Mode; of use
Take 2 sachets a day, preferably on an empty stomach.
Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water.
The two daily intakes must be separated by about 10 hours.

Ingredients
Acidity regulator;: citric acid; magnesium bisglycinate, thickener: acacia gum, xanthan gum; Α -Lipoic acid Matris, maltodextrin, magnesium oxide, L-tryptophan, palm oil, flavorings, color: beta-carotene; nicotinamide (Vitamin PP), emulsifier: sucrose esters from fatty acids; sweetener: sucralose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; bulk agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; cholecalciferol (Vitamin D ₃ ), riboflavin (Vitamin B ₂ ).
