Ingredients
Anti-caking agents: calcium carbonate, silicon dioxide (nano), talc, magnesium salts of fatty acids, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, polyvinylpolypyrrolidone; & Alpha; -lipoic acid; Palmtitolletanolamide (PEA); Dry extract myrrh ( Commiphora myrrha Engl. , oleum-gummiresin); stabilizers: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose; glazing agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, shellac, microcrystalline cellulose, fatty acids; dyes: titanium dioxide, yellow iron oxide.

Mode à of use
Take 2 tablets a day, at least 30 minutes before a meal or 3 hours after (on an empty stomach).
The two daily intakes must be separated by about 10 hours.
