Ingredients
Content of the measuring cap (about 130 mg): coenzyme Q10 terclatrate equal to ubidecarenone 16 mg (with copovidone and glycine); anti-caking agent: SiO2 31 mg; maltodextrin 20 mg; soluble live yeast 5 mg; vitamin PP 6.5 mg; vitamin B5 2.6 mg; vitamin B2 1.04 mg; vitamin B1 0.8 mg; vitamin B6 0.8 mg; vitamin B12; 0.1% 0.9 mg.
Contents of the bottle: fructose 3878 mg; acacia honey 390 mg; ginseng fluid extract 20% (panax ginseng root) 380 mg; creatine monohydrate 170 mg; magnesium aspartate 100 mg; potassium aspartate 100 mg; citric acid 98 mg; orange flavoring 30 mg; potassium sorbate 15 mg; methyl p-hydroxybenzoate 11 mg; propyl p-hydroxybenzoate 4 mg; demineralized water qs to 15 ml.

Modality à for use
One vial a day, preferably on an empty stomach.
Before taking the contents of the bottle: shake vigorously; screw the cap clockwise as far as it will go, in order to obtain the complete rupture of the ring nut to make the contents of the cap go down into the vial; again shake vigorously; unscrew the cap anti-clockwise: then take the contents of the bottle orally.

Warnings
It is advisable not to exceed the indicated doses. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.

Store in a cool and dry place.
