How to use
Take 1 sachet a day for at least 1 month and repeat the cycle 3-4 times a year.
Take away from meals, pref eribly in the morning as soon as you wake up, dissolving the contents of a sachet under the tongue before swallowing.
To facilitate absorption, it is advisable not to take food or drinks for 5 minutes after taking the powder.
