Benefibra Powder With Wheat Dextrins 100% Vegetable

Food supplement based on soluble fiber derived from wheat (gluten-free product) with a high fiber content (3 g per sachet and 5 g per tablespoon).  
Tasteless, completely soluble, does not gel.

Mode of use
Adults and children over 12 years: 1 to 2 tablespoons per day, depending on your needs.  
Children between 7 and 11 years: 1 tablespoon per day.  
Pour 1 to 2 tablespoons of Benefibra into a glass or bottle of water, fruit juice or drinks , or in semi-liquid foods, both hot and cold.  
Stir until the powder is completely dissolved.  
It is it is advisable not to use it in carbonated drinks.
