Indications
Favors the normalization of the activity; intestinal thanks to the high capacity; to bind water of the PHGG. In this way it helps to relieve the symptoms of irritable bowel, in all its variants (with constipation, with diarrhea and alternation of the two).
The PHGG in fact:
- in case of constipation, it hydrates the dehydrated stools, with water bound in the small intestine;
- in case of diarrhea, binding water also in the colon helps a consolidation of the stool.

Modality à of use
1 sachet per day (5g of PHGG fiber). Pu ó be taken alone, with the addition of water or mixed with fruit juices, yogurt, etc.

Characteristics
Water-soluble and non-gelling formulation. This means that it always remains liquid, even in the intestine, without gelling, not causing the typical drawbacks of traditional fibers (such as the formation of gas and the reduction of the absorption of drugs and micronutrients).
Furthermore é free of added sugars, also suitable for diabetics and free of gluten sources, also suitable for celiacs.
The liquid version é green apple flavor.
