Mode à of use
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 sachets of Psyllogel Fiber per day, at any time of the day or according to the doctor's advice.
Pour the contents of one sachet into a drink glass (200 ml), fill with still non-carbonated water, mix well for a few seconds and drink immediately.
