How to use
Take u a white pill Day at breakfast, with a glass of water.
Before going to sleep, always with a glass of water, take a blue pill Night.

Ingredients
Day Capsule: Salvia es (Salvia officinalis L., leaves), maca es (Lepidium meyenii Walp., Root), food gelatin, rodiola es (Rhodiola rosea L., root), bulking agents : rice powders and maltodextrins; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin D (cholecalciferol), color: titanium dioxide.

Night capsule: Valerian es (Valeriana officinalis L., root), sage es ( Salvia officinalis L., leaves), lemon balm es (Melissa officinalis L., leaves), food gelatin, bulking agents: rice powder, maltodextrin; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; vitamin D (cholecalciferol), dyes: titanium dioxide and indigo carmine.
