How to use
Dissolve one sachet (5 g) in 200 ml of water, mix well and take once a day. In case of intense training, it is recommended to take it at the end of the workout or during it, to restore normal physiological functions.
Generally, it is recommended to take it in the morning or early afternoon, to provide physical and mental energy to all body to face the day.
