| Food supplement that provides 5 g of branched chain amino acids in a 2:1:1 ratio ( leucine: isoleucine: valine). Leucine, isoleucine and valine are indispensable amino acids provided by different dietary protein intakes. BCAAs can be consumed as supplements, particularly recommended following intense training or demanding physical work.
