Yamamoto® Nutrition BCAA 4:1:1 is a food supplement of branched-chain amino acids with vitamins B1 and B6. The product was created in the innovative 4:1:1 ratio (4 parts of L-Leucine, 1 of L-Valine and 1 of L-Isoleucine). Branched chain amino acids are suitable for supplementing the diet of athletes who train daily. The formula is also enriched with vitamin B1 which supports normal energy metabolism and vitamin B6 which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and to the maintenance of normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
The amino acids Branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) are an important group of essential amino acids consisting of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine. BCAAs are among the nine essential amino acids for humans, because our body cannot produce them. The only sources of supply are through daily nutrition or food supplementation.
Branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) represent 35% of the essential amino acids in muscle proteins. Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine are indispensable amino acids provided by different dietary protein intakes. BCAAs can be consumed as supplements, particularly recommended after intense training or demanding physical work. BCAA 4:1:1 contains a 4:1:1 ratio of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine.

Ingredients
L-Leucine; L-Isoleucine; L-Valine; Stabilizer: Microcrystalline cellulose, Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide; Magnesium stearate; pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vit. B6); Thiamine hydrochloride (Vit B1).
How to use
Take 5 tablets once a day with water or other drink, 30-40 minutes before training or competitions, or immediately after. On rest days, the product can be taken at any time of the day.
