Description Yamamoto N Regexil Nb 30 Tablets

Melatonin-based food supplement with valerian, passionflower and chamomile, with GABA, Escolzia and Saffron, suitable for adults.
Promotes relaxation.
Counteracts stress.
Promotes good mood and mental well-being.
Helps combat anxiety and insomnia.
Reduces the time needed to fall asleep.
Functional triple-layer tablet for the gradual release of the active ingredients.

Ingredients
Bulking agents: cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; eg of valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root 0.4% valerenic acids, eg of passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) aerial parts with flowers 0.5% flavonoids expressed as vitexins, eg of chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) flowers 0 .3% apigenin, gamma-butyric acid (GABA), escolzia extract (Eschscholzia californica Cham., aerial part) 0.2% in total alkaloids expressed as protopine; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; Saffr'Activ saffron extract (Crocus sativus L. stigmas) 3% in crocin; dye: E172; melatonin.

Nutritional characteristics
How to use
Take one tablet a day with water, preferably 30 minutes before bedtime.
