Ingredients
Cyclodextrins highly branched Cluster Dextrin® , hydrolyzed whey proteins Optipep® 90 DH4 (contains emulsifier: soy lecithin), hydrolysed caseins PeptoPro® (contains milk), Kyowa Quality® L-glutamine, flavourings, dehydrated coconut water (Cocos nucifera L., fruit), acidity regulator: citric acid; dry extract of fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L., seed) 20% 4-hydroxy-isoleucine, phosphatidylserine (contains soy), sweetener: sucralose; colouring: beta-carotene.

Mode instructions for use
Dissolve 2 scoops (50 g) in 500 ml of water and take once a day, within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours following intense and prolonged exercise. The product can can also be taken before or during the activity physics.
