Yamamoto® Nutrition Pure BCAA + L-Alanyl L-Glutamine is a food supplement of BCAAs (KyowaQuality) in a 2:1:1 ratio which are particularly suitable for supplementing the diet of athletes.
The product is enriched with the dipeptide l-alanyl l-glutamine (Sustamine) and with vitamins that contribute to normal energy metabolism (Vitamin B1) and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (vitamin B6) and potassium which contributes to physiological muscle function.

How to use
Take up to 5 tablets a day with water or other drink of your choice, during the day or after training.
