Made up of 100% highly branched cyclic cyclodextrins Cluster Dextrin, GlycoBol is an indispensable source of rapid absorption carbohydrates, very low osmolarity and low Molecular Weight (MW).
Carbohydrates, in fact, contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function after prolonged physical exercise and are useful for replenishing the muscle glycogen stores after use by the skeletal muscle.
Cyclodextrins, in general, are a family of cyclic oligosaccharides, obtained through the hydrolysis of corn starch, with a molecular weight of 150 KDa, and a source of carbohydrates extremely precious for the athlete, in the pre, during and post training phases.
The cyclic structure of these carbohydrates allows them to gain ideal usage properties: the low molecular weight leads to better resistance to oxidative phenomena, and the very low osmolarity allows rapid gastric emptying, an important property to avoid any gastro-intestinal disorders. In fact, they have a gastric emptying speed similar to that of water: any side effects of intra-carbohydrate consumption workouts are therefore reduced to a minimum.

How to use
add 3 scoops (30 g) in 250 ml of water or other drink of your choice and take once a day, after training, within the first 4 hours following intense and/or prolonged physical exercise and in any case to be concluded within 6 hours following such exercise. The product can also be taken before or during activity.
