Food supplement based on Carnitine L-Tartrate and Propionyl L-Carnitine (PLC). With added Coenzyme Q10 in the form of ubidecarenone.
Yamamoto® Nutrition CarniBLAST provides the three most popular forms of L-Carnitine in a single tablet.
One tablet contains 660 mg of Carnitine L-Tartrate and in plus also the PLC version, Propionyl L-Carnitine (PLC) which has slightly different characteristics.
During physical exercise a large part of L-Carnitine is converted into ALC within the mitochondria by the Carnitine enzyme O-Acetyltransferase.
Propionyl L-Carnitine (PLC) is obtained from the esterification of carnitine with propionic acid.
This bond makes the substance particularly lipophilic and capable of passing cell membranes to a greater extent than 'Acetyl L-Carnitine.
Yamamoto® Nutrition CarniBLAST is enhanced with Coenzyme Q10 in the form of ubidecarenone.
Ubidecarenone owes its name to the fact that it is universally present in eukaryotic cells, particularly at the level of mitochondria, which are the energy powerhouse of the cell.

Ingredients
Propionyl L- Carnitine HCl, L-Carnitine Tartrate, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Coenzyme Q10, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

How to use
Take 1 tablet once a day with a glass of 'water.
