BCAA TABS by Yamamoto Nutrition is a matrix composed of 100% branched chain amino acids in a 2:1:1 ratio, obtained through vegetable fermentation. Branched chain amino acids (BCAA – Branched Chain Amino Acid) are 3 amino acids that are part of the group of essential amino acids, i.e. those that the human body is not able to synthesize autonomously in quantities sufficient to satisfy its needs, and which must therefore be compulsorily consumed through the diet. It is important to remember that BCAAs are part of the essential amino acids EAA (Essential Amino Acid), and that amino acids are the organic molecules that our body uses to form proteins.

How to use
Take 5 tablets a day with water or other drink of your choice, 30-40 minutes before training or competitions or immediately after.

L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine, bulking agent: cellulose; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; pyridoxine HCl (vitamin B6), thiamine HCl (vitamin B1).
