Yamamoto Nutrition BCAA 8:1:1 is a food supplement of branched-chain amino acids with vitamins B1 and B6.
The product was created in the innovative 8:1:1 ratio (8 parts of L -Leucine, 1 of L-Valine and 1 of L-Isoleucine).
Branched chain amino acids are indicated for supplementing the diet of athletes who train daily.
The formula is also enriched with vitamin B1 which supports normal energy metabolism and vitamin B6 which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and to the maintenance of normal protein and glycogen metabolism.

How to use
Take 5 tablets once a day with water or other drink, 30-40 minutes before training or competitions, or immediately after. On rest days the product can be taken at any time of the day.
Ingredients
mix of branched chain amino acids (L-Leucine; L-Isoleucine; L -Valina); Stabilizer: Microcrystalline cellulose, Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide; Magnesium stearate; pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vit. B6); Thiamine hydrochloride (Vit B1).
