Yamamoto Nutrition BCAA 8:1:1 is a food supplement based on branched chain amino acids (BCAA – Branched Chain Amino Acid) with vitamins B1 and B6.
The product was created in the innovative 8:1:1 ratio (8 parts of L-Leucine, 1 of L-Valine and 1 of L-Isoleucine).
That of amino acids branched is a group of 3 essential amino acids, Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine, which share a specific chemical property: the presence of a branched lateral chain. BCAAs are precisely among the nine amino acids defined as essential for human beings, because our body is not able to produce them.
The only possible way of supply is therefore through daily nutrition or food supplements .

How to use
Take 5 tablets once a day with water or other drink, 30-40 minutes before training or competitions, or immediately afterwards. On rest days the product can be taken at any time of the day.

Mix of branched chain amino acids (L-Leucine; L-Isoleucine; L -Valina); Stabilizer: Microcrystalline cellulose, Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide; Magnesium stearate; pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vit. B6); Thiamine hydrochloride (Vit B1).
