In the context of a low-calorie diet, glucomannan contributes to weight loss (the beneficial effect is obtained with the daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in three doses of 1 g each, with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of a low-calorie diet). Furthermore, bitter orange extract stimulates metabolism, particularly that of lipids, and contributes to body weight balance (together with green tea). Guinea pepper has a digestive function and supports regular gastrointestinal motility and elimination of gases, while chili pepper contributes to the regular functioning of the cardiovascular system and normal blood circulation. Schum. seeds powder) , chili pepper extract (Capsicum annum L. fruit tit. 2.5% capsaicin), bitter orange extract (Citrus aurantium L. ssp. amara Engl. immature fruits tit. 10% synephrine), anhydrous caffeine, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide. *The coloring carmoisine can negatively affect the activity and attention of children.

How to use
