Mode; for use
we recommend taking 3 tablets a day, preferably in the evening.

Components
calcium citrate; magnesium citrate; vegetable cellulose; sodium citrate; potassium citrate; iron gluconate; vegetable magnesium stearate; copper gluconate; manganese gluconate; micronized silica; folic acid.
