Valerian
Its components act at the level of the reticular structure and not at the level of the limbic system as the synthesis sedatives (Benzodiazepines). 1,2 It performs the property; to moderate excitability; nervosa and to facilitate the release of endorphins.
Escolzia
Acts on the central nervous system. Promotes relaxation and physiological rest. 3,4

Its action is expressed on the central nervous system, but it also shows considerable activity; smooth muscle. 5,6
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine)
Helps maintain constant levels of serotonin and central neurotransmitters.
