Description
Withania è a food supplement based on extract titrated at 5%, of Withania somnifera.

Ingredients
Withania [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal, root] eg tit. 5% withanolides; bulking agent: cellulose; anti-caking agents: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

Mode à of use
Take 1 tablet a day, preferably with a meal, with half a glass of water. A higher dosage is not; due to adverse effects.
