Ingredients
L-citrulline, concentrated dehydrated lemon juice, L-arginine, beta-alanine, concentrated dehydrated pomegranate juice; acidifier: citric acid; L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, natural flavor; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; thickener: xanthan gum; dry tea extract green standardized to 20% polyphenols and 5% caffeine [Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze, leaves], cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon Aiton) fruits tit. 1% proanthocyanidins, blueberry (Vaccinium myrtillus L.) fruits tit. 1% anthocyanins, dry guaranà extract standardized to 8% caffeine (Paullinia cupana Kunth, seeds), caffeine; sweetener: steviol glycosides; piperine from black pepper (Piper nigrum L., fruit).

Mode instructions for use
Take one full scoop (20 g) per day, to be dissolved in 400 ml of water, preferably before a workout.
