Dehydrated concentrated lemon juice 24%, L-citrulline, L-arginine, beta-alanine; acidifier: citric acid; L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, natural flavors; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; thickener: xanthan gum; lemon fibre, dry tea extract green standardized to 20% polyphenols and 5% caffeine [Camellia sinensis (L.) Mode instructions for use
Take one full, non-level measuring spoon (20 g) per day, to be dissolved in 400 ml of water, preferably before a workout.
