Description
Food supplement based on alpha lipoic acid, cinnamon and chromium. Lipoic acid has two main functions: it plays a key role in the metabolic reactions that lead to the production of cellular energy and acts as a cofactor in the reactions that underlie antioxidant processes. In sports, it helps protect the athlete's tissues from excessive damage from free radicals produced during high oxygen consumption and carries out an "insulin-mimetic" action, helping to manage carbohydrate intake. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels; cinnamon, on the other hand, contributes to the metabolism of carbohydrates.

Ingredients
Alpha lipoic acid; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, calcium phosphates; ground cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum J. Presl, bark); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; chromium picolinate.

Without gluten and lactose.
