Take one tablet a day, with a glass of water (200 ml).

Supplements food should not be intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. The product contains caffeine (100 mg/daily dose). Not recommended for children, pregnant and breastfeeding.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. The minimum shelf life refers to the product correctly stored in intact packaging.
