As good as a classic piadina, but in a fit version.
Low sugar content and rich in fiber.
Palm oil free.
Ingredients
Leavening blend ( wheat flour ; protein blend: wheat protein, pea protein, rice protein; flax, oat fiber, quinoa flour, wheat flour; raising agent: sodium pyrophosphate; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin; dextrose; acidifier: malic acid; acidity regulator: sodium diacetate; enzymes; flour treatment agent: L-cysteine), water, extra virgin olive oil (4.6%), sea salt (0.4%); preservative: sorbic acid.
Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
