Pancake mix.
Ingredients
Whole oat flour (gluten), protein concentrate whey (emulsifier: soy lecithin), egg powder, Pro Starch mixture (wheat flour >, milk whey protein, modified starch), milk protein isolate, egg albumin, flavouring, disodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate , sodium chloride, thickener (guar gum and xanthan), sweetener (sucralose).

Modalities instructions for use
Add 50 g (2 measuring spoons) to 100 ml of water or milk.
Mix the batter with the whisk or in a shaker.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, then add the batter to the pan and cook.
