Protein shortbreads with almond flavor sweeteners.

Ingredients
Isolated soya proteins (NO GMO), hydrolyzed collagen (edible gelatine), sweeteners (erythritol, maltitol) , butter, extra virgin olive oil (10%), milk proteins, egg white, vegetable fibres, fibre wheat (deglutinated), egg white powder, chopped almonds 4%, thickener (locust bean flour), sunflower seed oil , potato starch, raising agents (diphosphates, sodium carbonates, ammonium bicarbonate, corn starch), emulsifier (soya lecithin), flavourings, flavoring (vanillin), salt, antioxidant (alpha tocopherol) .
