Beta-glucans from oats contribute to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels in the blood. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of beta-glucans.

How to use
The product can be used as is, adding 50 g (three full measuring spoons) to 100 ml of water, milk or yogurt. It is possible to vary the quantity of liquid to obtain the desired density. Alternatively it can be used as an ingredient to prepare a delicious dessert.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and/or heat sources. The minimum shelf life refers to the product correctly stored in intact packaging.
