Food supplement of selected whey and casein proteins, with added vitamins and creatine. Proteins contribute to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass. Creatine, taken at a dose of 3 g per day, increases physical performance during physical activity. repetitive, high intensity and short-lived.

Whey protein from milk isolated and ultrafiltered, calcium caseinate (derived from milk), creatine monohydrate, biscuit pieces [wheat flour, sugar, chocolate chips (sugar, cocoa, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanillin), vegetable fats (sunflower oil), butter, water, eggs, raising agents (sodium hydrogen carbonate /ammonium hydrogen carbonate), flavourings], emulsifier: soy lecithin, sweetener: sucralose; pyridoxine HCl (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine HCl (vitamin B1), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid), biotin (vitamin H).

Mode of use
Dissolve 2 scoops (1 scoop=12 g) in 300 ml of water or milk. Take once a day.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Due to the presence of creatine the product is intended for adults only. Do not use during pregnancy. Do not use in case of liver or kidney disease, in children, or in any case for prolonged periods without consulting your doctor. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years.
