Mode; of use
We recommend taking 2 teaspoons; per day to be taken pure or to dress salads, cereals, soups, pasta raw.
For cosmetic use, apply with a suitable massage until completely absorbed.
For the hair: distribute as a pack and leave on 30-60 minutes before shampooing.

Not recommended for individuals with celiac disease .
