Capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), L-carnitine L-tartrate, caffeine anhydrous, L-tyrosine, L-tryptophan, cayenne powder (Capsicum frutescens), bitter orange (Citrus aurantium), tea extract; green (Camellia sinensis L.); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; grapefruit extract (Citrus paradise, providing 99.5% naringin); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, tricalcium phosphate; black pepper (Piper nigrum) (Bioperine), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), chromium picolinate.

Modality; of use
Take a maximum of 2 capsules per day. Take 1 capsule with a large glass of water 30 minutes before breakfast and lunch.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not suitable for pregnant, nursing and children or people who are on antidepressant treatment or who suffer from kidney failure problems. Contains Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze which is; recommended to avoid taking it out of meals, as well; such as its consumption by children, adolescents, pregnant women or breastfeeding. Don't hire anymore; of 200 mg of caffeine in one serving and not to exceed a maximum of 400 mg per day, including all sources of caffeine.
